Our new cat

We got a new cat about a month or so ago. She's absolutely perfect! And believe it or not, my mom LOVES her. She got her from her friend Shannon Clayberg. The cat came in Shannon's doggie door. Shannon's husband was really allergic to cats, so she had to keep the cat outside. She bought it a little house thing and some food and water and put it outside, but the cat just kept coming in her doggie door. When her husband went out of town or something she'd keep the cat in the house. But she was looking for a home for the cat, so my mom got her.

My mom went to the store, got food and a food and water tray, and got her a litter box and a little home.

We named her Chloe. She's a tiger cat, and she's full grown. She isn't declawed or fixed, but we're going to get her fixed as soon as we can. She's really sweet and friendly, and we trained her for the litter box.

She sleeps in bed with me every night, and usually hangs on or under my bed or in my room. At night she'll explore all the time.

She gets in moods where she'll be really playful. She'll run behind the couch, and if you look at her, she'll bolt away. And sometimes she'll get in my window and look outside. She's awesome! We all love her, even my MOM!!!

Sometimes my dad will play with her, getting some string and letting her play with it.

She's never bitten me before hard. She'll just barely bite me when she's playing, but it doesn't hurt. The little boys are actually being very good with her. They're gentle with her and everything, and Trevor will drag his lightsaver on the floor and Chloe will play with it.

She's big and fluffy, and she looks just like my grandma's cat, Mija. It's a Spanish name pronounced (Me-ha) meaning "my daughter."

Chloe has a racoon kind of tail. It's got long black stripes on it that look like a racoon.
